All orders placed with BAWANE ROYALE are subject to acceptance, verification, and product availability. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order in cases including pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, or policy violations.

2. Product Information & Display

At Cart Mahal, we make every effort to present our products accurately through photographs, videos, advertisements, and product descriptions.

However, slight variations in colour, shine, texture, finish, size, engraving, or overall appearance may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, image editing, screen resolution, mobile or computer display settings, or normal manufacturing variations.

These minor differences do not affect the quality or intended purpose of the product and shall not be considered a defect or a valid reason for return, replacement, or refund.

3. Pricing & Offers

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns may change without prior notice.
In case of an obvious pricing or technical error, BAWANE ROYALEl reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any prepaid amount.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Cart Mahal may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, courier restrictions, suspected fraud, or any unforeseen operational reason. Any prepaid amount received will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cart Mahal shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund

Returns or refunds are not available for:

Change of mind
Product not liked after delivery
Personal preference
Incorrect order placed by the customer
No longer wanting the product
Any request where the delivered product matches the order and is free from defects

Replacement requests will be considered only if:

The wrong product has been delivered.
The product is damaged during transit.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

All requests are subject to verification by BAWANE ROYALE.

7. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claim relating to:

Wrong product
Damaged product
Missing item
Manufacturing defect

The video must begin before opening the sealed package and clearly show the shipping label and the complete unboxing process.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
Carefully read the product description before placing an order.
Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
Preserve the original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories until any claim is resolved.

9. Refusal of Delivery & COD Policy

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid product-related issue, repeatedly places orders that are not accepted, or misuses the Cash on Delivery facility, BAWANE ROYALE reserves the right to:

Restrict or permanently disable Cash on Delivery for future purchases.
Accept future orders only on prepaid payment.
Decline future orders where necessary.

10. Fraud Prevention

BAWANE ROYALE reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse service, suspend customer accounts, or initiate appropriate legal action where fraudulent activity, fake return requests, chargeback abuse, policy misuse, payment fraud, or any unlawful conduct is reasonably suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, BAWANE ROYALE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any customer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Intellectual Property

All product images, logos, videos, graphics, product names, content, designs, trademarks, and branding displayed by BAWANE ROYALE are the exclusive intellectual property of BAWANE ROYALE.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Privacy & Customer Information

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, shipping, customer support, payment verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and improving our services.

BAWANE ROYALE does not sell or knowingly share customer personal information with third parties except where necessary to complete an order or comply with applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place where Cart Mahal is registered or carries on business, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Amendments & Final Authority

BAWANE ROYALE reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, or any other website policies at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on the website shall apply to future orders.
